The Kartal brothers believe that good wine is made with respect for nature and knowledge gained through experience. Their approach is sincere and artisanal – without pretensions of luxury, but with a strong focus on technical precision and quality. Their goal is to craft wines that reflect the Macedonian terroir with European finesse.

Ambience and Atmosphere:
From the outside, it appears modest, but inside it’s warm, rustic, and full of character. The space is decorated with authentic details, and the tasting hall with its fireplace creates a feeling of homey comfort, especially during the winter season.

Type of Experience:
Educational yet informal. Jordan guides guests through the cellar, explaining the processes and grape varieties, while his brother prepares a traditional platter of cheeses and cured meats. Guests taste five to six wines, often including oak-aged Chardonnay, Carmenere, and Tempranillo.
