This tour offers a premium wine experience in Negotino, at one of the most renowned and award-winning wineries in North Macedonia. After a comfortable drive, guests arrive at a modern winery complex where tradition and innovation blend in every detail.
The visit begins with a short guided walk through the impressive cellar lined with French oak barrels, followed by the highlight of the day — a “wine & dine” experience in the winery’s elegant restaurant. Guests enjoy five carefully selected wines paired with delicious dishes designed to enhance the character of each wine. During the winter months, the warmth of the fireplace adds a magical and cozy atmosphere to the experience.

The group meets at Restaurant Kantina, located in the heart of Skopje. Guests are introduced to their guide—a licensed tour leader with a WSET Level 2 Award in Wines certification. In a relaxed atmosphere, while enjoying a traditional breakfast, there is a short presentation about what to expect at the winery and the types of wines that will be tasted.
Departure from Skopje
After breakfast, a VIP vehicle or minibus arrives directly in front of the restaurant, and the journey toward the winery begins. The drive takes approximately one hour.
Walk through Bovin Winery and the vineyards
Upon arrival, guests enjoy a guided walk through the winery and vineyards, learning about the winemaking process, as well as how the wines are stored and aged.
Tasting of 5 carefully selected wines with lunch
After the tour comes the highlight of the experience—a curated tasting of selected wines paired with a delicious lunch. Guests will also have the opportunity to purchase wines for themselves or send them as gifts to a specific address worldwide via delivery services such as DHL.
Departure from Bovin Winery towards Skopje
After a wonderful day spent exploring and tasting Macedonian wines, the group returns to Skopje, with the option of drop-off at a specific address.
