Welcome to winetesting.mk. By accessing or using our website and booking our wine tours, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.
1. About Us
winetesting.mk offers wine experiences, vineyard visits, tastings, and tours across North Macedonia. Our goal is to connect guests with local wineries and authentic wine culture in a safe and enjoyable way.
2. Booking and Payment
- All bookings must be made through our official website winetesting.mk or via authorized representatives.
- Payment details will be provided during the booking process. Full or partial payment may be required to confirm your reservation.
- Once payment is received, you will receive an email confirmation outlining your tour details and itinerary.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellations made 7 days or more before the tour date are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 3–6 days before the tour will receive a 50% refund.
- No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour or for no-shows.
- If winetesting.mk cancels the tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, winery closure), guests will be offered a full refund or alternative date.
4. Changes to Bookings
- Requests to modify tour dates or details must be sent by email to contact@winetasting.mk.
- Changes are subject to availability and may result in additional costs.
5. Participant Responsibilities
- Participants must be at least 18 years old to consume alcohol during tours.
- Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward guides, winery staff, and other participants.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone under the influence of alcohol or behaving inappropriately.
6. Health and Safety
- Guests are responsible for informing us in advance of any allergies, medical conditions, or dietary restrictions.
- All activities are undertaken at your own risk. winetesting.mk is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage unless caused by proven negligence.
7. Transportation
Transportation may be provided by third-party providers. winetesting.mk is not responsible for delays, accidents, or service interruptions caused by these providers, though we carefully select trusted partners.
8. Prices and Inclusions
- All prices are listed in EUR or MKD and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
- Tour inclusions (tastings, meals, transportation, etc.) are listed on each tour’s page. Any additional expenses are the responsibility of the guest.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on winetesting.mk — including text, images, and design — is the property of winetasting.mk and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written consent.
10. Liability
winetesting.mk acts as an intermediary between customers and wineries, guides, or transport providers. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from actions or omissions of third parties.
11. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Политика за приватност for details on how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of North Macedonia. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Skopje, North Macedonia.
13. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
